Training should include effective recovery, nutrition, strength training, and a plan crafted intentionally for the athlete’s background and goals.

As a coach, I focus on creating a program and training environment that supports the whole athlete. I am deeply committed to my athletes, and am here to guide, support, and cheer you on as you work toward realizing your potential.

RUN COACHING

a training program created specifically for you.

                   all 1:1 athletes receive the following:

  • training plan delivered in weekly increments
  • feedback on every workout
  • initial intake questionnaire
  • unlimited text and e-mail communication
  • one check-in call per month, as necessary
  • weekly strength training sessions
  • tips on fueling, recovery, hydration, injury prevention, etc., as needed
